Bring your troop to A Maze in Pottery in Briarcliff Manor, Westchester County, NY, for a fun, hands-on pottery painting experience!
Our Scout programs combine creativity, education, and teamwork. During approximately 1.5 hours of creative fun, Scouts complete a pottery project with guidance from our studio staff while learning about ceramics and the pottery-making process.
Programs are available for Daisies, Brownies, Juniors, and Cadettes, with projects designed for different ages and interests.

📚 Learn About Ceramics
Scouts learn how pottery goes from an unfinished ceramic piece to a finished work of art. We’ll talk about glazing, firing and how a kiln works, including a visit to our kiln room.
💚 Community & Entrepreneurship
A Maze in Pottery is a locally owned small business founded by an immigrant woman. We’re happy to talk with Scouts about entrepreneurship, running a creative business, community involvement, and giving back.
Over the years, we’ve also partnered with local Scout troops on individual and group projects, including school tile walls and pottery-painting activities benefiting nonprofit organizations.
