Is this a drop-off party?

Yes. This party is designed for children ages 6 and up and is a drop-off party. The birthday child’s parents or guardians are welcome to stay.

Is the party private?

The party area is reserved for your group. The front of our studio remains open to other customers unless you choose to rent the entire studio for an additional fee.

When will the pottery be ready?

The ceramic jewelry boxes will be ready for pickup one week after the party, after 3 PM.

The party host may pick up and distribute the finished pieces, or guests may pick them up individually. Please let your guests know which option you prefer.

We cannot be responsible for pottery left at the studio for more than two months.

Can I change the number of guests?

Yes. Please let us know as soon as possible so we can prepare the correct number of projects, charms and staff for your party.

What is the minimum and maximum number of guests?

The package includes a minimum of 8 children. We can accommodate parties of up to 40 guests.

How much is the deposit?

A $90 deposit is required to reserve your party date and time. The deposit is applied toward your final party balance.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made at least 14 days before the party are eligible for a refund.

If you cancel less than 14 days but more than 7 days before the party, you may reschedule or receive studio credit, but no refund will be issued.

Cancellations made fewer than 7 days before the party will forfeit the deposit.

If severe weather makes travel unsafe and we need to cancel your event, we’ll work with you to reschedule.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least two weeks in advance. Booking earlier gives you the best selection of available dates and times.

Is gratuity included?

No. Gratuity is not included. A minimum 15% gratuity is suggested for our party assistants and may be paid in cash.

Food & Celebration

You’re welcome to bring food, cake, and drinks.

Food is not included in the party price, giving you the freedom to choose what works best for your group. Food that does not require refrigeration or heating works best.

Our party assistants help with setup, serving food, cake, and drinks, and cleanup so you can enjoy the celebration.
