    Host a Charm Bar Party: A Fun and Creative Experience

    Hosting a charm bar party is a fun, interactive experience where guests design unique, customizable jewelry pieces. Each creation is one-of-a-kind—unless you and your bestie choose to match! Guests leave with personalized keepsakes, the perfect party favor.

    We provide all materials, including high-quality stainless steel and gold-plated options, and assemble the jewelry on-site so everyone takes their creations home before the event ends.

    Perfect for Corporate and Team-Building Events
    Charm jewelry design fosters teamwork and connection, making it ideal for corporate events, holiday parties, or team-building exercises. Host up to 35 guests at our studio or let us bring the MOBILE CHARM BAR to your location for any group size

     

    Starting at $480, here is what’s included

    • 8 guests, and they are all included in the price. Each additional guest is $52
    • 2 hours of creative fun
    • professional staff to ensure a seamless event
    • a selection of over 200 high quality charms and pendants to choose from
    • a variety of neckleces, bracelets, earrings sizes and materials including stainless steel, and 18k gold plated options (each guest can choose up to 5 charms, but there is an options to purchase more)
    • personalized 1:1 consultation with our staff for DESIGN ASSISTANCE
    • enthusiasm, positive energy, great music and excitement to keep the event lively
    • set-up and clean up as well as help with serving food, which you provide
    • an additional 6-foot long table to set up food and drink.

     

    The party space will be in the back of the store while the front of the store remains open to walk-in customers.If you wish to book an additional time, please contact the studio before you pay the deposit online to ensure that we have that available for the chosen time slot. The price of additional studio time may vary depends on the chosen day/time/season.

     

    $90.00 deposit is required at the time of booking to secure the date and time. We do not book parties without a deposit. This will be deducted from the party total on the date of the party.

     

    Party after hours:

    You may schedule your adult party after regular store hours so you have the whole place just for your group. For this option, please contact us via phone or email.

      Can I bring FOOD: Yes, you can! All types of food, which do not require refrigeration or heating up are welcome, and our assistants will help you with all the set-up and clean up. We will have a separate food table for you.

       

      What about drinks: You are welcome to bring a beverage of your choice. Please drink responsibly.

       

      Is this a private event? The front of the store remains open unless you rent out the whole studio for an additional charge.

       

      Can I add or remove a guest to my event?

      You can add or remove a guest before an event but please let us know as we schedule the assisting staff and prepare the projects for your event in advance.

       

      Is there a minimum/maximum number of guests?

      There is a minimum of 8 , and a  maximum of 40 guests

       

      What is the deposit and how is it applied to the event?

      There is $90 deposit required at the time of booking your party to secure the date and time.  This will be deducted fully from the party total on the date of the party

       

      What if I have to cancel?

      Due to limited seating, we ask that you cancel your party reservation at least 14 days before a scheduled party. This allows us to fill the spot. You may cancel by phone or online here. If you change your mind about your event within less than 14 but more than 7 days before the eventwe will allow you to reschedule or offer you a credit to your account, but we do not offer refunds. You can use these credits for any future studio event or walk-in session.

      You will lose your deposit if the party is canceled less than 7 days before the event

       

      *We reserve the right to cancel an event due to inclement weather conditions that would make it unsafe for our staff/customers to travel to the studio. We will work with you to reschedule the party should it be cancelled due to severe weather conditions.

       

       

      How much time in advance should I book the party?

      The earlier you book the more flexible is the schedule. To ensure the space, date and time of your choice, please try to book your party at least 2 weeks in advance.  If you should need to schedule a party after hours, please call the studio for more information.

       

      Do we tip?

      The gratuity is not included in the listed price above. A minimum of a 15% gratuity is suggested for the studio staff assisting you with the party.

      FOOD: Depends on time of your party you may want to provide a different type of fueling for your painters. During our morning parties, bagels are very popular, but lunchtime party screams for pizza from your favorite pizza joint. We are NOT INCLUDING any food items in the price of the party as we would love to leave the choice to you and wouldn’t like to sell you unwanted item. However all types of food which do not require refrigeration or heating up are welcome, and our assistants do all the set-up and clean up as well as serve food, cake & drinks, which you provide, so you can enjoy the party.
